University Of Jammu

The University of Jammu, known as Jammu University is a state university, situated in Baba Saheb Ambedkar Road, Jammu, and Kashmir. This university was established in the year 1969, popular for its culture and discipline which they follow. The University has 157 affiliated colleges and 36 academic departments. The university offers various faculty such as Faculty of Oriental Languages, Faculty of Life Science, Faculty of Science, Faculty of education, Faculty of Business Studies, Faculty of Mathematical Science, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Social Science, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Engineering and Fine Arts Faculty.

The university was affiliated with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council of India with an 'A' Grade.
