R. M. K. Engineering College is popularly known as RMKEC which is situated in Tamil Nadu. This college is accredited by NAAC with Grade ‘A` and is AICTE approved. It was established in the year 1995 by Lakshmikanthammal Education Trust. It has excellent infrastructure which is spread over 60 acres of land. This college mainly offers technical and research, Technical and higher education in different branches of Science & technology and engineering.

It has ranked 107^th among top engineering colleges by the Week-Hans a Research Survey and got 55^th position among the top 75 private colleges in India.
