Aligarh Muslim University

Popularly known as AMU, Aligarh Muslim University is one of the best Universities in India. This University is located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. It was initially part of Mohammedan Anglo-Oriental College, which was founded in the year 1875. But later, it got separated and is now called Aligarh Muslim University and this was established in the year 1920. It is a public university and it formed by Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, who was a social reformer. There are seven different colleges affiliated to this University and many other centers as well.

This university offers you all together 300 plus courses in Advanced diploma, graduation, post graduation and doctorial as well. the courses are related to Medicine, Engineering, Humanities, Science, and Management as well. The size of the campus is very big and is almost 1155 acres. Every year 28000 plus students get admission in this University and other affiliated colleges.
